How does the Ruggable rug system work?

Our patented rug system comes in two parts: a lightweight, machine-washable Rug Cover and a non-slip Rug Pad. Simply peel the cover off the pad to wash it in your home laundry machine whenever it gets dirty.

Are all Ruggable rugs machine-washable?

Yes! All of our Rug Covers are designed to fit into standard household washing machines. We recommend using cold water and mild, non-bleach detergent for the best results.

What is your shipping policy for the United States?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 weeks as many of our rugs are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a $25 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Can I use a Ruggable rug on top of carpet?

Yes, you can. While our standard Rug Pad is optimized for hard floors, many customers successfully use our rug system over low-pile carpeting. For the best experience, ensure the area is flat and free of debris.
