At Ruggable, we want you to love your rug, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee will be applied to all returns, while exchanges for a different item or store credit are free of charge.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Download and print this label to prepare your package for transit.
Package Your Items
Carefully roll your rug cover and base, ensuring they are placed back into their original packaging or a similar protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
